Class Timetable

Six ways to train, one address in Banaswadi.

Coached group sessions built around barbells, bags, bikes, and bodyweight. Timed, scaled on the spot, and open to every level. Pick a discipline below or check the week's schedule.

Member loading a barbell during a strength session

Strength Foundations 60 MIN

Squats, presses, pulls, and deadlifts broken into working sets with a coach correcting form on every rep. Built for lifters who want to add weight to the bar week on week. First-timers get regressions, regulars get load. Moderate to high intensity depending on the block.

Ironline Conditioning 45 MIN

Interval circuits rotating through kettlebells, sleds, rowers, and bodyweight stations, worked and rested on the clock. Built to spike your heart rate and hold it there. Expect to sweat inside the first five minutes. Scale the weight, not the effort.

Member working pads during a boxing session

Ring & Bag 45 MIN

Pad work, bag rounds, and footwork drills structured like a fighter's session, minus the sparring. A coach calls combinations while you work three-minute rounds with a minute's rest between. No boxing background required. Keep your hands up and your feet moving.

Members stretching on mats during a floor-based session

Ground Work 50 MIN

Bodyweight strength, joint mobility, and controlled stretching aimed at the ranges gym work usually skips: hips, ankles, thoracic spine, shoulders. Slower paced than the rest of the timetable and a good reset after a heavy strength or conditioning week. Open to any fitness level.

Rev Cycle 45 MIN

A stationary-bike session run to a coached cadence: climbs, sprints, and steady-state blocks called out against the music. High intensity, low impact, and self-paced through resistance. New riders and members training for an event both get a full session. Arrive early to get your bike set up.

Members stretching on mats during a floor-based session

Still Point 60 MIN

A slower, hatha-rooted flow through standing poses, floor sequences, and breath work, closing with a guided rest. Low intensity by design. Built to loosen what training tightens. Suitable for complete beginners as well as members using it to recover.

Class FAQ

How do I book a class?

Class spots are limited by mat, rig, or bike count, so book ahead at the front desk or by phone. Walk-ins are welcome if a session hasn't filled.

What happens if I arrive late?

You can join up to 10 minutes into a session, but the coach won't stop to walk you through the warm-up again. Plan to arrive 5–10 minutes early instead, especially for Rev Cycle so your bike is set up on time.

What should I bring?

Indoor training shoes, a towel, and a water bottle cover most classes. Ring & Bag has wraps and gloves for members without their own, and mats are supplied for Ground Work and Still Point.

Are classes suitable for beginners?

Yes. Every class is coached and scaled on the spot, so first-timers train at their own pace alongside members who've been coming for years. If you're unsure where to start, Ground Work or Still Point are the gentlest entry points.
